Terms and Conditions of Business,

between

Alba International (Isle of Man)

and

the user client of the Alba WebCV (www.albawebcv.com).

1. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Representation:

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Isle of Man, and the parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts.

2.Confidentiality

i)Confidentiality and protection of your personal data is our top priority. Your data is to assist you in finding a job nothing more.

ii) Alba International (Isle of Man) are registered with the Isle of Man, Data Protection Agency.

3. WebCV/Resume Options

(A) Public posting of your full Web CV/Resume, for a full 12 months, (renewable yearly in advance) and costing US$49.99 (Forty Nine United States of America dollars and 99 cents). This is a fixed fee in advance, and will not be increased until the next yearly payment is due.

(B) Confidential Posting of your full WebCV/Resume for a full 12 months (renewable yearly in advance) and costing US$49.99 (Forty Nine United States of America dollars and 99 cents). This is a fixed yearly fee in advance, and will not be increased until the next yearly payment is due. With the confidential posting system, you will be supplied with a separate agents password,which along with your Alba ID, your selected agents and companies can have access to your WebCV/Resume, and no one else.

4.Acknowledgements, warranties and representations

The candidates acknowledges that:

a) The user client takes responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise of the data supplied to the complete WebCV/Resume.

b) No proprietary rights accrues to the user in any software, information, material or methods supplied by Alba.

c) User client information will be provided by Alba, to potential employees in the course of the operation of the Alba WebCV.

d) Alba gives no warranty or assurance that the use of the above system will guarantee employment.

e) Alba may edit or delete client user information, at any time without prior notice, if it is found to be misleading, offensive and provocative, without refund of fee.

5. Security

The Alba system is the latest in Internet technology, being the sophisticated SSL3 (Secure encryption technology) we have built-in to protect your transmitted information between your Internet browser and our web server is automatically encrypted.

6. Disclaimer

a) We will not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for any consequential loss or loss of business opportunities or projects, or loss of profits)howsoever arising and whether in contract, tort or otherwise from the use of or inability to use the Site, or any of its contents, or from any action or omission taken as a result of using the Site or any such contents.

b) This Site contains material in the form of curriculum vitae submitted by candidates and we accept no responsibility for the content or accuracy of such curriculum vitae nor do we make any representations by virtue of the contents of this Site in respect of the existence or availability of any jobs advertised.

c) We make no warranty that the contents of the Site are free from infection by viruses or anything else which has contaminating or destructive properties and shall have no liability in respect thereof.

d) You should note that certain links on the Site lead to resources located on servers maintained by third parties over whom we have no control and accordingly we accept no responsibility or liability for any of the material contained on those servers. Where part of the Site contains advertising and other material submitted to us by third parties please note that those advertisers are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Site complies with all legal requirements. Although acceptance of advertisements on the Site is subject to our terms and conditions which are available on request, we do not accept liability in respect of any advertisements.

e) All liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law including any implied terms.

7. Trademarks

Among the trademarks and service marks owned by Alba International (Isle of Man), are Albawebcv.com and the respective logos of the pages in the site.
